Robert Young, a native of Tennessee, grew up watching his father conduct investigations as a Special Agent with CSX Railroad Police. Wanting to follow in his footsteps, Robert obtained a criminal justice degree then joined the Metro Nashville Police Department in 2007.

For more than a decade Robert served in many capacities within the police department, including patrol, flex, crime suppression units, countywide narcotics, and the 20th Drug Task Force. Besides the usual training, Robert armed himself with more than 1,000 hours of additional training taught by local, state, & federal authorities. Robert has been certified in state and federal courts as an expert in narcotics. Robert has been awarded dozens of accommodations and awards for his dedication to serving the community. One highlight is that Robert was the lead Agent on the largest wiretap case and cocaine haul in Nashville history.

With constant encouragement from friends and family to start a business, Robert took the leap in March of 2018 and founded Covert Results, a private investigations, security, and training firm operating in Middle Tennessee. Covert Results has grown to unimaginable numbers. The thriving private investigations and security business invests themselves in your case, your needs, and your safety.

In late 2020 Robert published his second book, The Good Line. In 2021 Robert founded Operation Rose, a nonprofit organization focusing on combatting human trafficking in the TN area. In his little spare time, Robert has between running a business and a Non Profit he loves spending time with his family.
